LITERACY

1 out of …children experience difficulty learning to read and spell.  Reading requires proficiency in 6 key learning areas:  phonics, vocabulary, language comprehension, fluency, phonemic awareness and morphology.

 

Our speech pathologist have expertise in assessing skills within each of the 6 key learning areas.  Following a comprehensive assessment, the speech pathologist can develop an intervention program tailored to suit the individual needs of each student.
